### sec.96 Expiry of declaration
Unless it is earlier repealed, the temporary restricted area declaration expires on the earlier of the following—
the expiry day stated in the declaration;
the end of 6 months after it is gazetted.
- (a) the expiry day stated in the declaration;
- (b) the end of 6 months after it is gazetted.
