### sec.91 Obstructing inspector
A person must not obstruct an inspector in the performance of a function or exercise of a power under this Act, unless the person has a reasonable excuse.
Maximum penalty—100 penalty units.
If a person has obstructed an inspector and the inspector decides to proceed with the performance of the function or the exercise of the power, the inspector must warn the person that—
it is an offence to obstruct the inspector, unless the person has a reasonable excuse; and
the inspector considers the person’s conduct is an obstruction.
In this section—
obstruct includes hinder and attempt to obstruct or hinder.
