### sec.73 Power to require driver or person in control to give reasonable help etc.
An inspector may require the driver or person in control of a vessel, vehicle or aircraft—
to give the inspector reasonable help to enable the vessel, vehicle or aircraft to be boarded or entered under section 72 (2) ; or
to bring the vessel, vehicle or aircraft to a specified place and remain in control of it at the place for a reasonable time to enable the inspector to exercise the inspector’s powers in relation to it.
A person must not contravene a requirement under subsection (1) , unless the person has a reasonable excuse.
Maximum penalty—100 penalty units.
