### sec.43 Entry or use for a prohibited purpose
A person must not wilfully enter or use a marine park for a prohibited purpose.
Maximum penalty—
for a prohibited purpose involving the taking of natural or cultural resources—3,000 penalty units; or
for another prohibited purpose—295 penalty units.
This section does not apply to an act—
done by an authorised person in the performance of a function or exercise of a power under this Act; or
done by someone else authorised under this Act to do the act.
In this section—
prohibited purpose means a purpose prescribed under a regulation or zoning plan as a prohibited purpose for this section.
