### sec.39 Review of management plan The Minister must review the operation of the management plan for each marine park not later than 10 years after its approval. On completion of the review, the Minister may— prepare a new management plan for the marine park; or amend the existing management plan for the marine park; or leave the existing management plan for the marine park unchanged. s 39 sub 2013 No. 55 s 21 (sec.39-ssec.1) The Minister must review the operation of the management plan for each marine park not later than 10 years after its approval.
