### sec.34 Approval of amendment of management plan If an amendment of a management plan has been prepared under sections 35 to 37 , the following person may, by gazette notice, approve the final amendment— if the amendment is of a type mentioned in section 36 (5) or (6) —the Minister; or otherwise—the Governor in Council.
