### sec.28 Tabling of statement with zoning plan or amendment This section applies if, as a result of the making or amendment of a zoning plan, the classification or boundaries of an existing zone are changed in a way that decreases the level of protection for the marine environment in the zone. When the zoning plan or amendment is tabled in the Legislative Assembly as required under the Statutory Instruments Act 1992 , section 49 , the Minister must also table a statement— identifying the zone, and location of the area, for which the level of protection is decreased; and giving the reasons for the decrease. s 28 amd 2005 No. 53 s 119 (sec.28-ssec.1) This section applies if, as a result of the making or amendment of a zoning plan, the classification or boundaries of an existing zone are changed in a way that decreases the level of protection for the marine environment in the zone.
