### sec.17 Public consultation about EIS and other information
The applicant for a section 15 permission must publish, in a newspaper likely to be read by persons particularly affected by the proposed reclamation, a notice about the EIS and any additional information given to the chief executive under section 16 (4) .
The notice must state each of the following—
where a copy of the EIS and information are available for inspection;
where a copy of the EIS and information may be obtained at a stated reasonable cost;
that submissions may be made to the chief executive about the EIS and information;
the reasonable period, set by the chief executive, during which a submission may be made.
For subsection (2) (b) , the stated reasonable cost must not be more than the actual cost of producing the copy.

(sec.17-ssec.3) For subsection (2) (b) , the stated reasonable cost must not be more than the actual cost of producing the copy.
- (a) where a copy of the EIS and information are available for inspection;
- (b) where a copy of the EIS and information may be obtained at a stated reasonable cost;
- (c) that submissions may be made to the chief executive about the EIS and information;
- (d) the reasonable period, set by the chief executive, during which a submission may be made.
