### sec.147A Immunity from prosecution
An inspector is not liable to be prosecuted for an offence against this Act for anything done or omitted to be done—
under a direction given by the Minister or chief executive for the purposes of this Act; or
in the exercise of a power or performance of a function conferred or imposed on the inspector under this Act.
A person acting under a direction given by the Minister, the chief executive or an inspector for the purposes of this Act is not liable to be prosecuted for an offence against this Act for anything done or omitted to be done under the direction.

(sec.147A-ssec.1) An inspector is not liable to be prosecuted for an offence against this Act for anything done or omitted to be done— under a direction given by the Minister or chief executive for the purposes of this Act; or in the exercise of a power or performance of a function conferred or imposed on the inspector under this Act.
(sec.147A-ssec.2) A person acting under a direction given by the Minister, the chief executive or an inspector for the purposes of this Act is not liable to be prosecuted for an offence against this Act for anything done or omitted to be done under the direction.
- (a) under a direction given by the Minister or chief executive for the purposes of this Act; or
- (b) in the exercise of a power or performance of a function conferred or imposed on the inspector under this Act.
