### sec.146 Delegation of Minister’s powers
The Minister may delegate the Minister’s powers under this Act, other than section 42 , to an appropriately qualified public service officer.
In this section—
appropriately qualified , for a person to whom a power may be delegated, includes having the qualifications, experience or standing appropriate to exercise the power.
a person’s classification level in the public service
(sec.146-ssec.1) The Minister may delegate the Minister’s powers under this Act, other than section 42 , to an appropriately qualified public service officer.
