### sec.117 Review of particular decisions must be by way of internal review or ADR process A person who is given a compliance notice or removal notice may apply for a review of the decision to give the notice (the original decision ) by way of— an application for internal review under division 2 ; or an alternative dispute resolution process provided for under a regulation.
