### sec.116 Proceeding brought in representative capacity
A proceeding under this part may be brought by a person on behalf of another entity with the entity’s consent.
If the entity on whose behalf the proceeding is brought is an unincorporated body, the body’s committee or other controlling or governing entity must give the consent.
The entity on whose behalf the proceeding is brought may contribute to, or pay, the legal costs incurred by the person bringing the proceeding.
(sec.116-ssec.1) A proceeding under this part may be brought by a person on behalf of another entity with the entity’s consent.
