### sec.112 Making interim enforcement order
The court may make an order pending a decision of a proceeding for an enforcement order if the court is satisfied it would be appropriate to make the order.
The court may make the order subject to conditions.
However, the court may not require as a condition of the order that the applicant for the order give an undertaking about damages.
