### sec.105 Action inspector may take if property not claimed
If no one claims the property the subject of a removal notice by the day stated in the notice, the inspector who gave the notice may—
having regard to the property’s value and condition—
sell it by public auction; or
destroy or otherwise dispose of it; and
take any action reasonably necessary to restore the environment from which it was removed.
Compensation is not payable for a sale or disposal under subsection (1) (a) .
(sec.105-ssec.1) If no one claims the property the subject of a removal notice by the day stated in the notice, the inspector who gave the notice may— having regard to the property’s value and condition— sell it by public auction; or destroy or otherwise dispose of it; and take any action reasonably necessary to restore the environment from which it was removed.
(sec.105-ssec.2) Compensation is not payable for a sale or disposal under subsection (1) (a) .
- (a) having regard to the property’s value and condition— (i) sell it by public auction; or (ii) destroy or otherwise dispose of it; and
