### sec.92 Separate measurement or metering of supply of utility
This section applies if—
the use by the home owner under a site agreement of a utility at the site is not separately measured or metered; and
the park owner wishes to separately measure or meter the use of the utility at the site.
The park owner must pay the cost of installing a measuring device or meter to measure the use of the utility at the site.
Maximum penalty—100 penalty units.
(sec.92-ssec.1) This section applies if— the use by the home owner under a site agreement of a utility at the site is not separately measured or metered; and the park owner wishes to separately measure or meter the use of the utility at the site.
