If a home owner considers the park owner has not maintained a tree as required under subsection (1) and the park owner does not agree, the home owner may, subject to section 116 , apply to the tribunal for an order under subsection (4) .
The tribunal may, on the application of a home owner, make an order requiring the park owner to comply with subsection (1) in a stated way.
