### sec.86 Quiet enjoyment
The park owner for a residential park must take reasonable steps to ensure a home owner has quiet enjoyment of the home owner’s site in the park and the common areas.
The park owner, or park manager, for a residential park must not interfere with the reasonable peace, comfort or privacy of a home owner in using the home owner’s site in the park or the common areas.
Maximum penalty for subsection (2) —20 penalty units.
