### sec.85 When change of park rule has no effect
A change of a park rule for a residential park has no effect if—
it is made otherwise than under this division; or
a park liaison committee or the tribunal, in considering a proposal about the change, declares it to be unreasonable.
However, subsection (1) (b) does not apply to a decision of the park liaison committee if the tribunal later—
declares the proposal to be reasonable; or
changes the proposal in a way the tribunal considers appropriate to make it reasonable.
(sec.85-ssec.1) A change of a park rule for a residential park has no effect if— it is made otherwise than under this division; or a park liaison committee or the tribunal, in considering a proposal about the change, declares it to be unreasonable.
(sec.85-ssec.2) However, subsection (1) (b) does not apply to a decision of the park liaison committee if the tribunal later— declares the proposal to be reasonable; or changes the proposal in a way the tribunal considers appropriate to make it reasonable.
