### sec.77 Park owner may make park rules
The park owner for a residential park for which site agreements are in force may make rules about the use, enjoyment, control and management of the park.
However, rules may be made only about—
the use and operation of the communal facilities; and
the making and abatement of noise; and
the carrying on of sporting and other recreational activities; and
the speed limits for motor vehicles; and
the parking of motor vehicles; and
the disposal of refuse; and
the keeping of pets; and
other things prescribed under a regulation.
(sec.77-ssec.1) The park owner for a residential park for which site agreements are in force may make rules about the use, enjoyment, control and management of the park.
(sec.77-ssec.2) However, rules may be made only about— the use and operation of the communal facilities; and the making and abatement of noise; and the carrying on of sporting and other recreational activities; and the speed limits for motor vehicles; and the parking of motor vehicles; and the disposal of refuse; and the keeping of pets; and other things prescribed under a regulation.
