### sec.67 False, misleading or incomplete site rent record A person must not— make an entry in a site rent record the person knows is false or misleading in a material particular; or fail to enter a material particular in a site rent record unless the person does not know, and can not reasonably obtain, the necessary information. Maximum penalty—20 penalty units. In this section— site rent record means a receipt given for, or a site rent payment record or another record made of, a payment of site rent under a site agreement.
