### sec.62ZI Valuer may require information from park owner
The valuer may, by notice given to the park owner, require the park owner to give the valuer stated information about any of the following matters the valuer reasonably needs to conduct the valuation—
the residential park;
the eligible home;
the site on which the eligible home is positioned;
the site agreement for the site on which the eligible home is positioned;
previous sales by the park owner of manufactured homes in the residential park;
the price of new manufactured homes positioned on a site in the residential park.
The park owner must give the valuer the information required by the valuer within 7 days after the notice is given to the park owner, unless the park owner has a reasonable excuse.
The park owner does not have, and can not reasonably obtain, the information required by the valuer.
Maximum penalty—10 penalty units.
