### sec.62ZC Park owner may apply for extension of period for complying with s 62T —financial hardship
A park owner may apply to the tribunal for an order extending the period for complying with section 62T (1) .
The tribunal may make an order fixing a later day by which the park owner must comply with section 62T (1) if the tribunal is satisfied—
the park owner is likely to suffer undue financial hardship if the order is not made; and
the order would not be unfair to the eligible home owner, having regard to any submissions made by the eligible home owner about hardship the eligible home owner is likely to suffer if the order is made.
Subsection (4) applies if—
the tribunal refuses an application made under subsection (1) ; and
the tribunal’s order is made after the end of the buyback period.
The tribunal must make an order fixing the day, not later than 30 days after the order is made, by which the park owner must comply with section 62T (1) .

(sec.62ZC-ssec.1) A park owner may apply to the tribunal for an order extending the period for complying with section 62T (1) .
