### sec.62ZA Failure by park owner to reduce site rent
This section applies if a park owner refuses or fails to comply with section 62V (2) in relation to the site rent payable by an eligible home owner.
The eligible home owner may apply to the tribunal for an order that the park owner refund to the eligible home owner any overpayment of site rent arising from the park owner’s refusal or failure.
The tribunal may make the order if satisfied the park owner has refused or failed to comply with section 62V (2) in relation to the site rent payable by the eligible home owner.
Subsection (3) applies whether or not the park owner has been convicted of an offence against section 62V (2) in relation to the refusal or failure.

(sec.62ZA-ssec.1) This section applies if a park owner refuses or fails to comply with section 62V (2) in relation to the site rent payable by an eligible home owner.
(sec.62ZA-ssec.2) The eligible home owner may apply to the tribunal for an order that the park owner refund to the eligible home owner any overpayment of site rent arising from the park owner’s refusal or failure.
