### sec.62A Purpose of part
The purpose of this part is to establish a buyback and rent reduction scheme under which a park owner must, in particular circumstances—
buy an eligible home from an eligible home owner under a buyback agreement; and
reduce the site rent payable under the site agreement for the site on which an eligible home is positioned.
