### sec.39A Termination day for termination order
A termination order in relation to a site agreement must state the day (the termination day ) the termination of the site agreement is effective.
The termination day must be a day, not later than 1 year after the day the termination order is made, that the tribunal considers just and equitable in the circumstances.
