### sec.31L Consent to assignment of site agreement After the assignor and assignee sign the form of assignment, the assignor must give the park owner a notice asking the park owner to consent to the assignment of the assignor’s interest in the site agreement to the assignee. The request must be accompanied by 2 signed copies of the form of assignment. The assignment of the assignor’s interest in the site agreement has effect only if the park owner consents to the assignment. The park owner must not unreasonably refuse to consent to the assignment. If the park owner consents to the assignment, the park owner must sign both copies of the form of assignment and give them to the assignor. If the park owner refuses to consent to the assignment, the park owner must— return both copies of the form of assignment to the assignor; and give the assignor notice of the decision and the reasons for it.
