### sec.31J Assignment of site agreement A home owner may assign the home owner’s interest in a site agreement to another person only if— the other person is a relative of the home owner; and the park owner consents to the assignment. In this section— relative , of a home owner, means the home owner’s— spouse; or child or stepchild; or parent or step-parent; or sibling, step-sibling or half-sibling. s 31J ins 2024 No. 28 s 33 (sec.31J-ssec.1) A home owner may assign the home owner’s interest in a site agreement to another person only if— the other person is a relative of the home owner; and the park owner consents to the assignment.
