### sec.31B Home owner’s copy of site agreement This section applies if the park owner for a residential park— receives a copy of a proposed site agreement for a site, signed by a prospective home owner for the site; and signs the proposed site agreement. The park owner must, within 10 days after signing the site agreement, give the prospective home owner a copy of the signed agreement.
