### sec.31 Refusal to enter into site agreement
The park owner for a residential park must not unreasonably refuse to enter into a site agreement with a prospective home owner.
A prospective home owner who considers the park owner has unreasonably refused to enter into a site agreement may, subject to section 116 , apply to the tribunal for an order under subsection (3) .
The tribunal may, on application made by the prospective home owner, make an order requiring the park owner to enter into a site agreement if the tribunal is satisfied the park owner has unreasonably refused to enter into the site agreement.

(sec.31-ssec.1) The park owner for a residential park must not unreasonably refuse to enter into a site agreement with a prospective home owner.
(sec.31-ssec.2) A prospective home owner who considers the park owner has unreasonably refused to enter into a site agreement may, subject to section 116 , apply to the tribunal for an order under subsection (3) .
