### sec.28 Notice to be given by successor in title of park owner to home owner A person must, within 14 days after becoming a successor in title of the park owner under a site agreement, give the home owner under the agreement a notice— stating the person’s name and business address; and directing the home owner to make all future payments of site rent payable under the agreement to the person. Maximum penalty—10 penalty units. - (a) stating the person’s name and business address; and - (b) directing the home owner to make all future payments of site rent payable under the agreement to the person.
