### sec.18A Application for registration of residential park
The park owner for a residential park may apply to the chief executive to register the residential park.
The application must—
if there is an approved form for the application—be in the approved form; and
be accompanied by the fee prescribed by regulation.
Also, the application must include or be accompanied by the following information for the residential park—
the name of the park;
the address of the park;
the name of the park owner;
contact details for the park owner;
details of the land on which the sites in the park will be located;
details of the communal facilities, services and amenities available to home owners and other residents of the park;
a list of all proposed bases on which site rent may be increased under a site agreement for a manufactured home positioned on a site in the park;
a copy of the emergency plan for the park;
a copy of the park rules;
any other information prescribed by regulation.
The chief executive may, by notice given to the applicant, ask the applicant for further information the chief executive reasonably requires to decide the application.

(sec.18A-ssec.1) The park owner for a residential park may apply to the chief executive to register the residential park.
(sec.18A-ssec.2) The application must— if there is an approved form for the application—be in the approved form; and be accompanied by the fee prescribed by regulation.
(sec.18A-ssec.3) Also, the application must include or be accompanied by the following information for the residential park— the name of the park; the address of the park; the name of the park owner; contact details for the park owner; details of the land on which the sites in the park will be located; details of the communal facilities, services and amenities available to home owners and other residents of the park; a list of all proposed bases on which site rent may be increased under a site agreement for a manufactured home positioned on a site in the park; a copy of the emergency plan for the park; a copy of the park rules; any other information prescribed by regulation.
(sec.18A-ssec.4) The chief executive may, by notice given to the applicant, ask the applicant for further information the chief executive reasonably requires to decide the application.
- (a) if there is an approved form for the application—be in the approved form; and
- (b) be accompanied by the fee prescribed by regulation.

- (b) the address of the park;
- (c) the name of the park owner;
- (d) contact details for the park owner;
- (e) details of the land on which the sites in the park will be located;
- (f) details of the communal facilities, services and amenities available to home owners and other residents of the park;
- (g) a list of all proposed bases on which site rent may be increased under a site agreement for a manufactured home positioned on a site in the park;
- (h) a copy of the emergency plan for the park;
- (i) a copy of the park rules;
- (j) any other information prescribed by regulation.
