### sec.180 Requirement to give disclosure documents to buyer
This section applies if, before the commencement—
a seller proposed to assign the seller’s interest in a site agreement for a site to a buyer; and
the park owner under the site agreement gave the buyer the documents mentioned in pre-amended section 45(2)(a) to (c); and
the park owner had not consented to the assignment.
The park owner is taken to have given the buyer the disclosure documents for the site.
For subsection (2), a reference in a document mentioned in pre-amended section 45(2)(b) or (c) to a pre-amended provision may, if the context permits, be taken to be a reference to the corresponding provision for the pre-amended provision.
