### sec.178 No automatic cooling-off period for compliant existing site agreement This section applies if— within the 7 days before the commencement, the park owner for a residential park and a prospective home owner for a site entered into a site agreement for the site; and the park owner gave the prospective home owner the previous disclosure documents for the site at least 7 days before entering into the site agreement.
