### sec.162 Park owner’s notice on refusal of consent to assignment
Section 49(5)(b) applies only for a written request, made after commencement, by a seller for the park owner’s consent to an assignment of the seller’s interest in the site agreement.
Section 49(5)(b) as in force immediately before commencement continues to apply for a written request, made before commencement, by a seller for the park owner’s consent to an assignment of the seller’s interest in the site agreement.
