### sec.114 Notifying outcome of mediation
As soon as practicable after the mediation ends, the mediator must give the registrar and the parties to the residential park dispute—
if the parties have reached a mediated agreement on the dispute—a copy of the signed mediation agreement; or
otherwise—a written certificate about the outcome of the mediation.
A certificate mentioned in subsection (1) (b) —
must not state anything about the extent to which a party participated or refused to participate in the mediation; but
may state that a party did not attend the mediation conference.
