### sec.81 Proceedings for enforcement
Where an interstate order is enforceable in Queensland by virtue of this division—
all proceedings may be taken for the enforcement of the order; and
the provisions of this Act shall, so far as they are applicable and with such modifications as are necessary, apply to and in relation to proceedings for the enforcement of the order;
as if it were a maintenance order made under part 2 by the court for the place in Queensland where payments under the order are required to be made.
The collector may take or cause to be taken any proceedings that are authorised by subsection (1) .
Where proceedings are so taken or caused to be taken by the collector, the court shall, unless it is satisfied by evidence to the contrary, presume that the enforcement of the order (being an order of the kind referred to in section 67 (1) , definition maintenance order , paragraph (a) ) is required for the actual support of the person for whose benefit the order was made and that no moneys have been paid under the order since its registration in Queensland other than any moneys so paid to the clerk of the court for the place in Queensland where the order is registered.
