### sec.66 Regulations under this part
Without limiting the generality of section 139 , the Governor in Council may, from time to time, make regulations, not inconsistent with this Act, prescribing and regulating—
the seizure and sale of goods, chattels and securities; and
the demand and receipt of annuities, rents and other income (other than earnings within the meaning of division 2 ); and
the procedure of Magistrates Courts in and in relation to proceedings under this part; and
the duties of the clerk of the court under this part; and
the fees, costs and charges that may be charged, awarded or made under this part; and
the forms to be used under this part; and
generally any act, matter, or thing required or necessary or convenient to be prescribed or regulated for giving effect to this part.
- (a) the seizure and sale of goods, chattels and securities; and
