### sec.61 Reimbursement of wages and reinstatement Where any person is convicted of an offence against this Act arising under section 60 (1) , the court by which the person is convicted may order that the employee be reimbursed any wages lost by the employee and may also direct that the employee be reinstated in his or her old position or in a similar position. Any amount ordered to be reimbursed under subsection (1) may be recovered from the person convicted as aforesaid as if it were part of the penalty to which that person is liable under section 60 (1) . (sec.61-ssec.1) Where any person is convicted of an offence against this Act arising under section 60 (1) , the court by which the person is convicted may order that the employee be reimbursed any wages lost by the employee and may also direct that the employee be reinstated in his or her old position or in a similar position.
