### sec.29 Recovery of arrears after cessation of order
The fact that an order under this part for the maintenance of a person ceases to have effect does not prevent the enforcement of the order so far as it relates to any period before it ceased to have effect.
Subsection (1) does not apply where the order ceases to have effect by reason of the death of the defendant.
