### sec.136 Summary proceeding
All offences against this Act may be prosecuted in a summary way under the Justices Act 1886 .
A prosecution for an offence against this Act may be instituted at any time within 12 months after the commission of the offence or within 6 months after the commission of the offence comes to the knowledge of the complainant, whichever is the later period.
Proceedings for an offence against this Act may be commenced by any person authorised by the Minister or by any clerk of the court.
The provisions of subsection (2) shall not limit the time for taking any proceedings under this Act for the enforcement of an order enforceable under this Act or for the recovery of moneys due under such an order.
