### sec.113 Application of the Justices Act 1886
So far as is not inconsistent with this Act, the provisions of the Justices Act 1886 , relating to complaints, summonses and warrants and the service or execution thereof, and the proof of such service or execution, and relating to proceedings in Magistrates Courts, orders made by Magistrates Courts and other acts and things done by Magistrates Courts, shall, with all necessary adaptations and modifications, extend and apply to and with respect to complaints, summonses and warrants made or issued and proceedings instituted and orders made by and other acts and things done by a court or justice under and by virtue of this Act in like manner as if the complaints, summonses and warrants had been made or issued, the proceedings instituted, the orders made, or the other acts and things done under the Justices Act 1886 .
However, the provisions of the Justices Act 1886 , section 139 with respect to the place where a complaint of a simple offence or breach of duty may be heard and determined shall not apply with respect to proceedings under this Act.
The provisions of the Justices Act 1886 , part 10 of relating to the protection of a justice with respect to any act done by the justice shall, with such modifications as are necessary, extend and apply to and with respect to acts done by a clerk of the court in pursuance of this Act.

(sec.113-ssec.1A) However, the provisions of the Justices Act 1886 , section 139 with respect to the place where a complaint of a simple offence or breach of duty may be heard and determined shall not apply with respect to proceedings under this Act.
