### sec.107 Service of documents
Except where the contrary intention appears in this part—
where a document is required or permitted by this part to be served on a person—the provisions of section 114 (1) and (2) shall apply with respect to that service; and
where a notice (not being a document referred to in paragraph (a) ) is required or permitted by this part to be given to a person—the provisions of section 114 (3) shall apply with respect to the giving of that notice.
Notwithstanding the provisions of subsection (1) , any request or notice required or permitted by this part to be made or given by the chief executive or the collector to any person and any document required or permitted by this part to be sent by the chief executive or the collector to any person may be sent to that person by post.

(sec.107-ssec.2) Notwithstanding the provisions of subsection (1) , any request or notice required or permitted by this part to be made or given by the chief executive or the collector to any person and any document required or permitted by this part to be sent by the chief executive or the collector to any person may be sent to that person by post.
- (a) where a document is required or permitted by this part to be served on a person—the provisions of section 114 (1) and (2) shall apply with respect to that service; and
