### sec.105 Certificate of payment of arrears
In any proceedings under or for the purposes of this part, a certificate purporting to be signed by the clerk of the court, the collector, the collector for another Australian State, or an officer of a reciprocating country in which a maintenance order was made or is enforceable, concerning amounts paid or unpaid under a maintenance order is evidence of the facts stated in the certificate.
