### sec.9 Executors etc.
Executors and administrators may sue and are liable to be sued in a Magistrates Court.
A judgment obtained by a plaintiff but not satisfied previous to the plaintiff’s death and also all causes of action shall survive to the plaintiff’s personal representative, who may sue out execution in his or her own name in the same way that the plaintiff, if living, might have done.
