### sec.62 Transitional provision for Criminal Code and Other Legislation (Wage Theft) Amendment Act 2020
Subsection (2) applies if, before the commencement, a claim under the Fair Work Act 2009 (Cwlth), section 539 was started under part 5A.
Part 5A, as in force immediately before the commencement, continues to apply in relation to the claim.
