### sec.42V Appeal against refusal to approve as, or revocation of approval of, conciliator
An appeal lies to the District Court against—
a refusal to approve a person as a conciliator under section 42T ; or
the revocation of approval of a person as a conciliator under section 42U .

- (a) a refusal to approve a person as a conciliator under section 42T ; or
- (b) the revocation of approval of a person as a conciliator under section 42U .
