### sec.42N Orders giving effect to conciliation agreement
A party may apply to a Magistrates Court for an order giving effect to an agreement reached in a conciliation process.
However, a party may apply for the order only after the conciliator’s certificate about the conciliation process is filed with the registrar of the referring court.
The court may make any order giving effect to an agreement reached in a conciliation process the court considers appropriate in the circumstances.

(sec.42N-ssec.1) A party may apply to a Magistrates Court for an order giving effect to an agreement reached in a conciliation process.
