### sec.14 Magistrates Courts to be courts of record Each Magistrates Court shall be a court of record, and the judgment thereof may be set up as a defence in any action brought in any court of law in Queensland. The entry of the judgment on the cause list of a Magistrates Court shall be deemed to be a record of such judgment. s 14 amd 1995 No. 23 s 17 sch 2 (sec.14-ssec.1) Each Magistrates Court shall be a court of record, and the judgment thereof may be set up as a defence in any action brought in any court of law in Queensland. (sec.14-ssec.2) The entry of the judgment on the cause list of a Magistrates Court shall be deemed to be a record of such judgment.
