### 62 Affidavits sworn within Australia
> > (1) An affidavit sworn in this State is to be sworn before –

> > > > (a) a magistrate; or

> > > > (b) a registrar; or

> > > > (c) a commissioner to administer oaths; or

> > > > (d) an officer empowered by statute to administer oaths; or
