### sec.60 Existing exemptions continue
This section applies to a magistrate appointed before the commencement of this section whose appointment excluded the operation of section 41(2) as in force immediately before the commencement.
The exclusion continues to have effect after the commencement despite the repeal of section 41(3) as in force immediately before the commencement.
